Rent Our Space
Make your next private event unforgettable in the unique, former-industrial-come art gallery setting of ClearWater Artist Studios! Our main indoor event area, the Gallery, features 2,200 square feet of space, plus a lobby area, with a capacity of up to 205 people. We also have a covered outdoor space, the Market, and a spacious Green lawn bordered by trees. In late 2017 our newest space, the Greenway Gallery/ Events Room, became available with a full kitchen, lots of windows, and the adjoining, covered patio facing the Green.
Artist Studios for Lease
ClearWater leases studio space to artists who benefit from broad access to our events, promotional resources, and being part of our collaborative creative community. Studio renters are welcome to host clients and open studio events in their private rental studio space. They may also exhibit works in the Gallery spaces, working with the Coordinator to integrate with other programming.
Guest Artist Shows in the Gallery
Our Guest Artist Series was created in early 2016 to showcase high-quality artists in our region who are emerging or don't otherwise have an established venue or collecting audience for their works. This keeps our Gallery constantly activated with new, interesting art on view, and a roster of Artist Talks and Opening Reception events for the public. It helps boost artist careers in our area and connect artists to their local community, and provides collectors with another stream of original art available for purchase.
