WHAT’s NEXT for this space which has served the City of Concord, NC for more than 100 years? (first built in 1911 as the City’s original Clearwell / water supply for the burgeoning town, then served as Operations Center for City of Concord Utilities…)
Maker Shop? Metalworking? Woodworking? More artist studios (augmenting the 15 already leased)? More Ceramics? Or a community Sculpture studio?
